How to set up your 2024 school marketing program

With schools returning next year it’s time to pay attention to your marketing requirements and the data you are using to secure more business. Lists deteriorate over time. Poor quality lists will have a negative bearing on the results of your campaign.

Fresh lists are a delight to use and the results speak for themselves. Most changes to marketing lists happen between the end of last year and the beginning of this year. A-ZGovBIZ Australian Schools now has 34,000 contacts in all schools nationally. The list has continued to grow over the last 12 months. This growth provides users with greater breadth and depth of data than ever before.

With email deliverability of 99.5%,  A-ZGovBIZ lists surpass all other education lists in terms of quality. How do we do it? Our unique dual-stream data management program combines outbound and inbound research. With more touches on the data more often, the net result is better quality.

Knowing our data well as we do and having benchmarked the results of our subscribers’ campaigns, we know which bounces are attributed to the data or if there is something else at play. For example, email deliverability has been benchmarked at 99.5%. This has been proven time and time again. If the subscriber is not achieving this, they should be looking at why spam filters are being set off by their email campaigns.

A-ZGovBIZ data includes more data fields than any other school list available, including 24 different data fields such as number of students, type of school, email, phone, name, position, level of school and more. More information means your campaigns can be more specific. Tailor each message to suit the characteristics of each type of prospect. By customising your campaigns you will achieve higher response rates.

Try to send out at least two campaigns per term. Use different media such as email, phone and mail to ensure as many prospects as possible are seeing the message.

A-ZGovBIZ is supplied on the cloud as an annual subscription. Subscribers can be quite specific about the data they require. Every license is different – driven by each individual customer’s requirements. Select by state, type of school, level of school, number of students and more.

After a campaign has been sent out, subscribers are invited to send A-ZGovBIZ the email bounce report generated by the email server. If you are unsure how to do this,  one of our account managers will be happy to help. Bounces are researched and the corrections are uploaded, ready to use again.

Subscribers have access to the most current data available all year-round via Discovery, our online data delivery application. Discovery has been proven to work extremely well, with subscribers from all over the world now using A-ZGovBIZ lists to reach schools in Australia
